What is a PAMM Account in Forex
How a PAMM Account Works
In a PAMM account, the manager trades using the combined capital from multiple investors. Each investor’s account is credited or debited based on the percentage of the total pool they contributed. For example, if you deposit $1,000 USD into a $10,000 pool, you own 10% of the account. If the manager makes a 20% profit, you earn $200 USD. The manager typically charges a performance fee (e.g., 20-30% of profits) and sometimes a management fee.
Why Uzbekistan Traders Use PAMM Accounts
Many retail traders in Uzbekistan lack the time or expertise to trade actively. PAMM accounts allow them to benefit from professional strategies. Local payment methods like Bank Transfer (through Uzbek banks), Skrill, and USDT make it easy to fund accounts. Brokers often accept deposits in USD, which is stable compared to the Uzbek Soum. This is especially useful for traders who want to preserve capital value.
Key Features
PAMM accounts offer transparency: you can see the manager’s trading history, drawdown, and risk level. Investors can withdraw their funds at any time, though some brokers have lock-in periods. For Uzbekistan traders, it is important to choose a broker that supports local payment methods and offers clear terms in English or Russian.
