What is a PAMM Account in Forex
What is a PAMM Account?
A PAMM account is a pooled investment structure in forex trading. The manager trades a master account, and investors (like you) allocate capital to it. The system automatically allocates trades proportionally to each investor’s share. For Ukraine traders, this means you can benefit from a professional’s expertise while retaining control over your funds—you can withdraw anytime (subject to broker terms).
How Does a PAMM Account Work?
You choose a manager, deposit USD (e.g., $500 via Skrill or USDT), and set your allocation. The manager trades, and at the end of a period (daily, weekly, or monthly), profits or losses are distributed. For example, if you invest $1,000 in a $10,000 pool and the manager makes 10% profit, you earn $100 (minus the manager’s fee, typically 20-30% of profits). Ukraine traders often use USDT for instant transfers and lower fees.
Why Use a PAMM Account in Ukraine?
Many Ukraine retail traders lack time to analyze markets daily. PAMM accounts offer passive income potential. Local payment methods like Bank Transfer (in UAH or USD) and Skrill are widely supported. However, be cautious of currency conversion fees when depositing USD. The local financial authority (NSSMC) does not directly regulate PAMM accounts, so choose brokers with strong international licenses (e.g., CySEC, FCA).
